Want to Collaborate With Members In Your Subject Area?
« on: November 13, 2018, 06:44:43 PM »
Want to collaborate with other members who teach the same subject as you?

From the menu on the left, choose Members, Search for Members.

Remove the ticks from the boxes and add a tick in the box "Search by Subject Area".

Type the subject name in the big box.

Below is what it should look like.

Then click on the "Search" button.

You will then get a list of members who say this is their subject area.

You might want to use this information to collaborate on the use of Knowledge Organisers. You could send a personal message to a member to see if they are interested in collaborating. Just click on their username in the list and select "send pm".

If you have any questions, click on the REPLY button below this post.

If you want to collaborate with members geographically close to you, why not put your pin on the member map.

Other ideas for collaboration.

Why not add your pin to the Members' Map.

When a member clicks on your pin on the map, they will see some information from your profile. Guests will not see anything.

Log in and go to the Members' Map and click on a pin to see what happens.

Try adding your own pin, then go to the map and click on your own pin to see what happens.
You can easily remove your pin afterwards if you don't want to show it anymore.
