Here's an idea to reduce workload and bring the profession together.
Why don't the Chartered College of Teaching @CharteredColl commission Knowledge Organisers for every topic suggested by their members, and provide these free to the profession? (We are happy to host them on this website for free.)
This would save 400,000 teachers having to write essentially the same Knowledge Organisers, thereby reducing workload. Why do we need 10,000 different Knowledge Organisers on Macbeth etc?
