The Telford Priory School are delighted to be hosting the first #researchED Telford on Saturday 2nd May 2020.
With some of the best speakers in the country, including Christine Counsell, Mary Myatt, and Heather Fearn (Ofsted), we are set to bring education inspiration to the West Midlands.
Our strands reflect our priorities as educators:
Leadership at all levels
Knowledge, philosophy and curriculum
Research-informed pedagogy
Subject specific CPD
We are committed to school subjects and the fight against genericism, and are proud to have booked subject-specific speakers on: English, Maths, Science, MFL, History, Geography, Religious Studies, Technology, Drama, Art, and Music, as well as Primary and SEND. We’ll be videoing these sessions too so we can bring subject-specific CPD to the masses!
We’re also incredibly lucky to be able to provide a classroom skills workshop, led by teacher-educator Lee Donaghy – ideal for teachers seeking to develop practical techniques to maximise their impact in the classroom.
